Glycated hemoglobin test kit – Operating instructions
Take out the refrigerated reagents 20 minutes before use, wait for the reagent to return to room temperature (20℃-25℃)
Advance preparation required for detection pipettes, tips, samplers, wipes and other required material
2. Turn on the device
Turn on the power of the device
Click the icon of HbA1c, after the self-checking is complete, and then can enter the HbA1c test interface, and you can begin to do the test.
3. Open the test kit
Take out the reagent test kits based on the number of people in need for detection, we recommended to open one aluminum foiled bag at a time (one aluminum foiled bag containing 1 person’s detection reagent)
· Capillary blood 1. Blood sampling 2. Get 5ul blood sample
· Venous blood 1. Blood sampling 2. Get 5ul blood sample
5. Add the sample
Add sample into R1
Shake for 10 times
Place for 2 minutes
6. Add “R1-sample”reaction solution
Use pipette to get 25ul reaction solution.
Add reaction solution to the cartridge
Add 25ul R2 buffer solution
Put the cartridge on the tray of the device
Check the result
Remove the cartridge from the device
Fresh venous blood must be detected as soon as possible, untested blood should be refrigerated in storage between 2-8℃ (blood unavailable after storage over 7 days).
